Advice to Members: New Area and Changes to Trading Hours

In order to promote better and more efficient areas within our Food and Beverage areas the following changes have been made:

Esperanto Dining Room & Cocktail Bar
Due to a steady decline in restaurant visitation, it is no longer practical to keep Esperanto or the Cocktail Bar open on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

From the first week of August 2016, Esperanto and the Cocktail Bar will now trade Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings only. Esperanto Dining Room will continue to remain open for lunch Tuesday to Friday.

In an effort to improve members’ patronage of Esperanto, I advise that on 25 August 2016, a theme night will take place in Esperanto. The night will feature Flamenco Del Mar with Spanish musicians, dancers and singer entertaining throughout the evening. A four (4) course menu will be served with complimentary Sangria on arrival. Additional themed nights will also be scheduled and I ask members to support these evenings.

Zest Restaurant
A new cafe style seating area has been created at the entrance to Zest Restaurant. This area will operate from Monday to Saturday and will offer Barista made coffee, a range of teas and freshly baked cakes and pastries. A selection of hot food will also be available from the Lime Bar menu.

Cafe 2
From the first week of August 2016, lunch will no longer be served in Cafe 2 on Saturdays.

The new area at the entrance to Zest Restaurant will be open and offer either a light meal or a selection of sandwiches which can be purchased from the Lime Bar menu.

I am sure members will acknowledge the reason for these efficiencies being made and enjoy the new area created for their pleasure.
